2. CONTRACT PRODUCT & DELIVERY INFORMATION

The type, quantity, color, dimensions, sales price including taxes, and shipping/delivery charges of the furniture or decoration product subject to the order are dynamically shown in your order summary on the checkout page.

Delivery Method: Special White Glove Delivery and Installation Team or contracted logistics companies (Borusan/Horoz Logistics).
Delivery Time: 3-7 business days for stock items; 4-6 weeks for custom fabric/dimension orders.
Shipping/Handling Fee: Clearly added to the total at the cart stage or reflected as 0 TL if free delivery conditions apply.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & ITS USAGE

The consumer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason. The withdrawal notification must be sent to destek@th2.store or made via phone to +90 543 676 26 84 within 14 days.

Custom Production Warning: According to legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products custom-made, personalized, or manufactured with specific fabric/color/dimension selections according to the consumer's request.
